At Rune, we believe you should always have control over your account and personal information.
If you no longer wish to use Rune: Know Your Cards, you can request the permanent deletion of your account and its associated data at any time.
To request deletion, contact our support team using the button below.
Request Account Deletion
When sending your request, please include the email address associated with your Rune account so we can identify it.
Our team may ask you to verify account ownership before processing your request to help protect your information.
You can also initiate account deletion directly within the Rune app through your account settings.
What Happens to Your Data?
When your account is deleted, the following information associated with your Rune account is scheduled for removal:
Account information: Your profile, email address, and account identifiers.
Collection data: Saved cards, quantities, conditions, and recorded purchase prices.
Watches and alerts: Your saved Watches, alert preferences, and associated settings.
Personalized data: Other account-specific preferences and saved information.
Certain records may be retained where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, or financial recordkeeping.
How Long Does Deletion Take?
Rune’s in-app account deletion process includes a seven-day grace period.
After that period, the account deletion process continues according to our data-retention and deletion procedures.
For deletion requests submitted through support, our team will confirm the applicable process and timeline.
